Indoor Cycling:

The RealRyder® experience is all you NEED !!!
Your entire body will be engaged in this workout. 45 minutes of highly aerobic endurance activity will burn up to 20% more calories than a standard stationary bike.
 Our indoor cycling studio is over 1000 square feet with state of the art surround sound equipment. Themed Italy rides will have us climbing the Alps and coasting through Amalfi. 
Our RealRyder® bikes (www.realryder.com) mimic an outdoor ride. As you move side to side and bank into turns, your entire core is engaged unlike any other stationary cycling bike.
On a beautiful Long Island day, we will open up our full height garage door, and offer sunrise and sunset spins. What could be better than having the wind in your hair, sun on your face while getting the best aerobic workout around? Only at HOT RYDE!

 

Hot Yoga:

Our brand new, serene yoga studio is over 800 square feet.  Our climate control system has been designed to enhance your yoga experience.  At Hot Ryde, we understand that a clean and well maintained studio is essential to our clients' comfort and well being.  Our main objective is to create the highest quality yoga programs available.  We do this with instruction, respect, cleanliness and a belief in practice.  Our studio is heated to the proper temperature for the type of class being practiced.

 

At The Barre classes:

Our studio offers an extensive barre class engaging all muscles of the body.  This class focuses on strengthening your core.  Our barre class takes place in our comfortable yoga studio using a ballet barre and your body for resistance.  A perfect class for our clients looking for a low impact workout.  No weights, no machines necessary.  Overall well being is achieved through your own natural resistance.  Inspired by the Lotte Berk Method and fused with proven weight principles, our 'At The Barre' class is designed to lengthen and strengthen your body using many of the ballet techniques.  No previous ballet training needed.  Targeting smaller, neglected muscles coupled with deep yoga stretches, it sculpts the body and improves posture.  With 'At The Barre' you will see results!

 

Main Studio classes:
